Albert Duane Potter

POTTER, Albert D. of Davisburg; passed away on February 19, 2025; age 92. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Elsie of 59 years and siblings; Ardith Benz, Rizpah Glutsch, Lee Potter, Wendell Potter, Clarence Potter, Ruby Havens, and Doris Claypool.

Father of Sherry (Dean) Farner, Linda (Dan) Whitacre, Russell (Vicki) Potter, John (Sylvia) Potter, Janet (Eugene) Stanley and Jill (Robert) Holland. Proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Albert was proud to serve in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was both a rough and trim carpenter for a majority of his life. He also was owner/operator of a garbage company for a number of years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and reading. He was a longtime member in churches both in Michigan and South Carolina.
