Andrea "Andy" Cirinesi

CIRINESI, Andrea "Andy" William; of Waterford, formerly of Detroit, South Lyon and Farmington; passed away on Tuesday July 4, 2023, at the age of 91. Born in Detroit, Michigan on July 9, 1931, he was the son of the late Joseph and Rosaria (Baldarota) Cirinesi. Beloved husband of the late Norma. Loving father of Andy (Leslie) Cirinesi and Ann Cirinesi; dearest grandfather of Angela and Adam Hartson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Kay and brother-in-law Vito Palazzolo. Andy grew up in Detroit where he graduated from high school. He proudly served his country as a veteran of the U S Air Force. On May 31, 1960, he married the love of his life Norma Smith in Port Huron, she sadly passed away on March 19, 2013. He worked as a Water Engineer for the City of Detroit and retired after 33 years of faithful service. His favorite pastimes were going to the horse track and watching the Detroit Tigers. A committal service will be held Friday, November 24, 2023, at 11:00 AM, at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI, 48442.  Please arrive at 10:45 AM.  Memorials may be considered to the Montana Grizzly Encounter in Bozeman, Montana in Andy's name.
