Anthony "Tony" Ray Hammett

HAMMETT, Anthony Ray "Tony" age 65 of Davisburg, formerly of Bay City passed away on September 14, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Loving husband of Linda; and dearest brother of Rita Raymer; and preceded in death by his parents Ramon and Ruth Hammett.

Tony worked for General Motors as a Machine Repairman for 30 years until his retirement. He loved music, playing the guitar, and listening to his favorite group, The Beatles. He was a member of the band Chain Reaction, playing throughout the Bay City area.

In accordance with Tony's wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be no service.

Arrangements entrusted to Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. Memorial donations may be considered in Tony's name to the American Cancer Society.
