Beatrice "Bea" M. Reger

REGER, Beatrice "Bea" M., of Clarkston, age 88, went home to be with her Lord peacefully at her home on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, surrounded by her family.

She was born on May 21, 1937, in War, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Vernie Pete and Mary Beth (Marrs) Honaker.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Clarence E. Daniels Sr. in 2005.  She is survived by her second husband Russell D. Reger whom she married on April 9, 2011. She is the beloved mother of Gary (Mary) Daniels, Veronica (the late Bill) Music-Pickering, the late Clarence E. (Allison) Daniels Jr., Roger Daniels and the late Dennis (Michele) Daniels; loving step mother of Cindy (Paul) Locke, Wayne (Karen) Reger, Andy (Pam) Reger, Paul Reger, Kenny (Judy) Reger, Curt Reger, Kevin Reger and the late Fredrick "Fred" Reger; proud grandmother of 39 grandchildren and multiple great and great great grandchildren; dearest sister of Joann "Tootsie" (the late Al and Jack). Also preceded in death by her siblings Betty (Max), Sue (Don), Don (Shirley), Pat and Frankie. Survived by brothers-in-law Dave and Bill.

Bea went back to school and graduated with her son Roger from Warren Lincoln High School and 1980. She then went on to receive her associate degree from Macomb Community College. From there she worked for many years as the Librarian for Warren Lincoln High School. She loved to read and write and authored her own book. She attended North Warren Baptist Church where she loved to sing and was the choir director. She later moved to Clarkston where she become a member of Lakecrest Baptist Church. She was dearly loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Bea's family will receive friends at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston, on Monday August 4, 2025, from 3:00-8:00 pm and Tuesday August 5, 2025 from 10:00-11:00 am at Lakecrest Baptist Church (35 Airport Rd., Waterford, MI 48327) where her funeral will begin at 11:00 am. Pastor John Peck will officiate.

Private family burial will take place at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, Clinton Township

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be considered to Lakecrest Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
