Calvin G. Shilling

SHILLING, Calvin G.; born September 30, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas to Calvin Ray and Lucille Mae Shilling; of Lake Orion formerly of Sterling Heights; passed away on May 23, 2024 at the age of 77.

Husband of Gayla for nearly 50 years. Father of Cynthia (Tim) Lauchlan and Becky (Brad) Shires. Preceded in death by his son, Chris Shilling. Grandpa "Papa" of Grace, Lily, Vaughn, Stella, Calvin and Hayes. Brother of Ray Shilling.

Cal retired in 2005 as Executive Director for Chevrolet, Detroit. He enjoyed time at the family cottage in St Helen, traveling, golfing and fishing with his grandchildren.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Services entrusted to Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.
