Carolyn L. Filhart

FILHART, Carolyn Lee of Clarkston, MI; born August 15, 1950 in Pontiac; passed away on December 10, 2024 at the age of 74.

Loving mother of Michael (Kim) Filhart and Jon (Dawn) Filhart; proud grandmother of Thomas (Chelsea) Filhart, Elizabeth (Adam) Filhart, Wesley (Kara) Filhart, and Courtney (James) Filhart; great-grandmother to Everett, Emma, Kobe, Delilah, Kinsley, and Cole; dear sister of Marilyn (Joe) Allen, Teresa (Rick) Reier, and Sheila (Freddy) Mersino; and sister-in-law to Theresa Bozarth. Preceded in death by parents Jake Mobbs and Barbara Campbell, brothers Wesley Bozarth and Brian Bozarth, and sister Karenn Bozarth.

Carolyn graduated from Clarkston High School. In her adult life she worked in the banking industry working her way up to management before retiring from Chase Bank. Carolyn enjoyed crafting, crocheting and traveling. She loved and cherished her family, including her dear bird, Archie. She will be deeply missed by her family.

Visitation Friday, December 13th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston, and again on Saturday, December 14th beginning at 12 noon.  Funeral Service Saturday, December 14th at 12:30pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. Interment to follow at Ottawa Park Cemetery.
