Catherine A. Weightman

WEIGHTMAN, Catherine A. of Royal Oak; passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026; age 88.  Preceded in death by her husband, John and grandson, Bryan Weightman, and her siblings Andrew, Frank, Betty, James, Chuck, Isabelle, and Bill.  Loving mother of Mike (Nancy) Weightman. Proud grandmother of Adam (Jessica) Weightman and Kara (Gabe) Phillips.  Great grandmother of Lucca, Beckett, and Scarlett and Jonathan.

Catherine loved going to the movies, watching TV, and coloring on her iPad.  She enjoyed going to dinner with her friends.  She was a consummate Catholic – attending daily mass which was very important to her.  Catherine was a very hard worker, retiring at age 78.  She was dedicated to doing a good job and listening to parishioners when they needed an ear.  Most importantly, Catherine loved spending time with her family.

Family and friends may visit Tuesday, April 7th from 10:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am at St. Daniel Catholic Church, Clarkston.

Interment Ottawa Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to The Blood Cancer Foundation of Michigan.
