Claude A. Trim

TRIM, Claude A.; of White Lake formerly of Davisburg/Springfield Twp.; born to Claude and Elizabeth Trim on May 27, 1935; went to be with his Lord on September 7, 2025 at the age of 90;

Preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Geraldine "Geri";

Father of Jeffery (Tracey) Trim, Suzanne (Ron) Trim, Julia (late Dennis) Bradley, and Terri (Shawn) Auer;

Grandpa of Robert, Scout, Anna, Alex, Michael, Grace, Claire, Ethan, Angela, Nichole, David, Justin and Kaitlyn; also survived by 14 great grandchildren;

Brother of Carol (late Roy) Thomas, late Larry (Darlene) Saiz, late Mary Jean (Bill) Cox and the late Robert (Imogene) Trim;

Claude retired after 25 years as an engineer with General Motors Truck & Bus. He served as Springfield Township Trustee and Supervisor for over 20 years and as a Waterford Township Trustee. Claude was a State Representative in the House of Representatives State of MI for over 16 years. His hobbies included model trains and was a member of the Detroit Railroad Club, Holly. He also enjoyed swimming, golfing and spending time outdoors. He was a longtime member of Davisburg Baptist Church, Waterford Community Church and attended The River Church, Waterford.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Wednesday, Sept. 10th from 10:30am-12:30pm.
