David John Greger

GREGER, David John; born on October 22, 1942 in Baltimore, Maryland to George and Sarah Greger; of Clarkston; passed away October 13, 2024 at the age of 81;

husband of Cathy for 52 years; father of Michael (Christine) Greger & Stuart (Julie) Greger; grandpa "Papa" of Tiffany, Hannah, Bentley and Jayson; great grandpa of Lincoln; brother of William (Judy) Greger.

David attended St. Paul's High School in Daytona, Florida. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and retired as a career Army First Sergeant after 22 years of service. He also worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a mechanic at the Waterford garage.  Dave enjoyed motorcycling, woodworking and spoiling his wife.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Thursday, October 17th from 4:00pm-8:00pm.

Funeral Mass Friday, October 18th at 10:00am at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, Waterford with visiting at the church beginning at 9:30am.

Rite of Committal graveside with military honors at All Saints Cemetery, Waterford.
