David "Hoopie" Hoopingarner

HOOPINGARNER, David S. "Hoopie", of Lapeer; passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 59. He was born in Pontiac, Michigan on November 3, 1963, the beloved son of the late Robert and Lois (Curtis) Hoopingarner and brother of the late Martha Dougherty. He is survived by his loving sisters Lois "Jackie" (Donald) Kirkendorfer, Elizabeth "Betty" Hoopingarner and brother Steven (Connie) Hoopingarner. David is also survived by many dear family members and friends.

A Memorial service for David will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday June 14, 2023 at Lapeer Community Church (80 N. Lake Pleasant Rd, Attica, MI 48412). Pastor Rick Schwab will officiate. Memorial donations in David's name may be considered to either, The Refuge Homeless Shelter of Lapeer or Lapeer Community Church .
