Dennis Charles Felker

FELKER, Dennis C. age 72, died peacefully on January 8, 2025. Dennis was the devoted husband of Denise, loving father of Dennis H. (Melinda Baker) Felker, and Adam Felker, adored papa of Emma and Ava Felker with their mother, Jennifer Otto, and dear brother of David (Cindy) Felker. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and MaryAnn Felker, and his brothers, Joseph and Michael Felker.

Dennis retired from the United Brotherhood of Carpenter & Joiners of America, Union #687. He began his career in home building, roughing construction, and basic carpentry. He continued to develop and excel with his carpentry skills and took pride in creating objects of beauty and exceptional craftsmanship. He used his unique skills and business knowledge to advance his career, eventually retiring as a Production Superintendent. Dennis was an avid hunter who enjoyed the outdoors and all it had to offer. He traveled throughout North America on hunting expeditions and most valued the adventures, stories, and friendships gained along the way. Dennis was a devoted husband and dad, and a truly adored papa, who lovingly shared his knowledge of archery and woodworking with his granddaughters.

A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 12:30 pm at the Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home-Clarkston. Friends may visit from 11:30 until the time of service. Memorial donations may be made to Grace Centers of Hope, 35 E Huron St, Pontiac, MI 48342.
