Donald "Don" Del Papa

DEL PAPA, Donald Anthony; of Waterford; passed away on October 28, 2024; at the age of 90. Reunited with his loving wife Sharon. Father of Thomas (Victoria) Cross, the Late Todd Cross, the Late Terry (Richard) Williams, Kelly (Jim) Densmore, Corinne (Joe) Wilson, and Jennifer (Paul) Geisler; Pops of Heather (Steve) Pocs, Alyssa (Nick) Goldman, Allison (Tony) Pike, Tony, Parker, Jessica, Ryan, and Emily; Great Pops to Audrey, Paisley, Rogan, and Colton; Preceded in death by his siblings Fran, Jenny, Mary, and Bob. As well as his parents Bonifacio "Ben" and Josephine Del Papa.

Don was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Don was a hard-working man who was always tinkering and making anything and everything. He loved to bowl, watching football, but his true passion was golf. He loved to be out on the course. His favorite books were the Harry Potter series. His favorite movies were To Kill a Mockingbird and The Song of the South. But most importantly, Don loved his family and will always love his wife, Sherry.

A Visitation will take place for Don on Friday from 4pm to 8pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. A Rosary will take place that evening at 6pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday at 11am at St. Daniel's Catholic Church. Graveside Service will be at All Saints Cemetery immediately after Mass.
