Douglas Christopher Dufrin

Dufrin, Douglas Christopher "Doug" age 54 of Waterford, formerly of Clarkston, died on March 7, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Douglas J. Dufrin and Adriana Dufrin; parents, Norman and Mary Ann Dufrin, siblings, Patti Salvador, Norman L. (Janine) Dufrin, and Phillip (Sandy) Dufrin, girlfriend of 19 years, Mary Ann Bryan and several nieces and nephews.

Doug was raised in Clarkston, graduating from Clarkston High School with the Class of 1989. Doug worked for years in landscaping and aircraft maintenance. He lived in Clarkston, Williamston, Mobile, Alabama, back to Clarkston and then to Waterford. He loved Jesus and was fond of listening to preachers on the radio. Doug was an avid sports fan, especially the Red Wings, and loved cats. Doug had a great sense of humor and was quite the prankster.

In accordance with Doug's wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm. A Memorial Service will begin at 4:00 pm. Private burial at Lakeview Cemetery later this spring.
