Elizabeth Anne Rudd

RUDD, Elizbeth Anne; of Waterford formerly of North Branch/Columbiaville.

Passed away on August 15, 2026, just days before her 40th birthday.

She was born on August 22, 1986, and carried through her life the quiet strength of someone who faced things with resilience and determination.

Elizabeth was the beloved daughter of Susan and Paul Rudd, big sister to Jessica and Nikolis, and the loving mother of Summer Rudd. She was also the proud grandmother of Iain Rudd. Preceded in death by her grandparents Charlene & Leslie Smith Sr. and Beverly & Earl Rudd. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, including boyfriend John.

Those who knew Elizabeth will remember her as a generous and hard-working woman, someone who gave of herself willingly, and often at the expense of herself. Her energetic presence and kind heart left an impression on everyone she met: family, friends, acquaintances who became friends, and friends who became family.

Elizabeth’s life was marked by the love she gave so effortlessly and abundantly. She leaves behind a legacy of strength that will be felt for years to come. Though her passing leaves a deep ache, her memory will remain a comforting presence in the hearts of those who loved her most.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Friday, August 21st at 12 Noon with a funeral at 1:00pm (livestream available).
