Eugenia C. Schmidt

SCHMIDT, Eugenia C. "Gina" of Grosse Pointe Farms, formerly of Fraser; passed away on October 20, 2024; age 68.  Preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Christina Vitinaros and recently by her beloved husband, Bill.  Loving sister of Nick (Effie) Vitinaros, George Vitinaros, and Stathia (Curt) Sylvester.  Cherished aunt of Christina (Jeremiah) Stieve, Dean (Tracey) Vitinaros, Mary McNally, and Jimmy McNally.  Gina is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Gina was a successful consulting business owner for over 20 years.  She was an avid golfer, even getting a hole in one.  Gina was a loving caregiver to her husband, Bill.  She enjoyed travelling, playing cards, and an occasional trip to the casino.  Gina was a loyal dog lover.  Most importantly, Gina loved spending time with her family.

Visitation for Gina will be Thursday, October 24, 2024, beginning at 4:00 pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston, followed by a Trisagion Service beginning at 7:00 pm.

Private interment will be at Ottawa Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Michigan Humane Society.
