Frederick W. Lenz Jr.

LENZ, Frederick Jr.; of Clarkston; formerly of Detroit; born June 2, 1947 to Fred & Margaret Lenz in Detroit;  passed away on January 22,2023 at the age of 75;

husband of Laura for 48 years; father of Samantha (Gil) Stark, Chris (Dom) Lenz, David (Lisa) Lenz and Frederick William John Lenz III; grandfather of Andrew (Erin), Cameron, Owen, Emerson, Leo, Hugh, Finn, Charlotte, Nickolas and Ayden.

Fred graduated from Wayne State University and retired from Gage Products as a controller. He enjoyed camping, hunting, boating, jigsaw puzzles, and time with family and will be remembered as a quiet man, who always seemed to know the answers to any question he was asked, even the most abstract, a loving husband, supportive father and a caring grandfather.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced.
