George M. Sinko "Joe"

SINKO, George M. “Joe” of Clarkston; passed away on September 17, 2026; age 93. Beloved husband of Patricia “Trisha”. Loving father of Laura (Mark) Kronner, John (Linda) Sinko, Kathleen “Kate” (William) Warner, Albert (Amber) Bias and Jason (Emily Newberry) Bias. Proud and loving grandfather of 12. Joe graduated from Cass Tech High School and Michigan Technical College. He was proud to serve in the United States Army. He enjoyed snow skiing, cross country skiing, hiking and spending time outdoors. Most importantly Joe loved spending time with family and passing on the sport of skiing to his grandchildren and nieces and nephews. 

Memorial Visitation Friday, September 25th from 4 -8 pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.

Memorial Service Saturday, September 26th at 11 am at Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church where family and friends may visit after 10 am. 

Memorials may be made to Habitat for Humanity or Covenant House.
