Gerhard L. Bell

BELL, Gerhard L. “Gary” Of Davisburg, formerly of Clarkston and Lansing. Born May 3, 1964, in Lansing, MI; passed away October 17, 2026, at the age of 62.

Father of Austin (fiancée Jessica Driscoll) Bell and Lucas Bell. Son of Rosemarie Bell and Ronald Bell. Brother of Christina “Tina” (late Robert) McAlvey. Also survived by many other family members and several friends.

Gary attended Lake Superior State University after becoming two-time state champion high school wrestler, where he was the first wrestler to receive a full-ride academic scholarship. He retired as an engineer from Dimensional Control Systems in Troy. He traveled the world with his

work but truly enjoyed traveling with his family in his RV where they were able to visit nearly every state and appreciated the beautiful national parks. He will be remembered for his many life accomplishments, unique personality, and adventurous spirit.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home in Clarkston on Sunday, October 25, from 2:00–5:00 p.m.
