"Gilly"; of Pontiac; passed away January 29, 2024 at the age of 58; brother of Debra (late Phillip) Jordan, Ricky (late Julie) Mitchell, Sherry (Jerry) Whitney and the late Emily Bell; fiancé of Lucy Goans; like a dad to Lori Goans, Billy Goans and Martha (Mikigal Hardiman) Goans; like a grandpa to 21 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; also survived by many nieces and nephews; step brother of Steve Lowrey and Lisa (Edward) Sack; preceded in death by his mother Sally (Oliver) Lowrey and his father Gilbert Mitchell Sr.
