Greg Bowman

BOWMAN, Gregory "Greg" of Elmira, formerly of Holly; passed away on March 27, 2023 surrounded by his family; age 62. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Joan (Russell) Bowman, brother Christopher Bowman and brother-in-law David Smith. Beloved husband of Joanne (McMillan) Bowman for nearly 40 years. Loving father of Crystal (Justin) Barnes and Nadine (Ryan) Beem. Proud Papa of Savannah, Scarlett, and Stella Barnes.

Caring brother of Jody (Frank) Campbell, Margaret Smith, Doug Bowman, and Brenda Bowman.  Greg was a master custom trim carpenter and builder. Over the past 40 years, he left his craftsmanship on display in the hearts of many homeowners and businesses across Michigan. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends out in the pole barn, fishing, hunting and most recently in the woodshop he and Joanne hand milled together. His grandkids brought so much joy to his life, he truly loved being a Papa.

Family and Friends may visit Saturday from 3-8 pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. Memorial Service Sunday, April 2 ^nd at 12:30 pm at the funeral home with visitation beginning at 11:30am.

Private Interment at All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
