Gregory Douglas Smith

SMITH, Gregory Douglas; of Clarkston, sadly passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 56; Loving husband of Jennifer Smith for 26 years; Caring father of Hadley Smith; Brother of Paige (the Late Patrick) Nicklow; Uncle of Madison Nicklow; Son of Betty Lou and the Late Douglas Smith.

Gregg was an amazing man who was very kind and smart. He loved to go fishing and play video games. He also enjoyed watching the Detroit Lions Football games. He was also a talented carpenter, having built his own home that his family lived in. But most importantly Gregg loved his family. He put them first before everything else.

A Memorial Mass will be held for Gregg on Tuesday the 16th at 11am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Lake Orion. Friends may visit any time after 10:30am.
