James Edward Kramer

KRAMER, James Edward; born April 6, 1955, in Detroit; passed away on December 11, 2025, at the age of 70.

Beloved husband of Sharon Kramer for 50 years; Loving father of Franklin Kramer, Lindsay (Matthew) Shipman, and Jennifer (Michael) Glime; Proud papa of Noah Glime, Liam Shipman, Sutton Glime, Connor Shipman, and Landon Glime; Brother of Robert (Bev) Kramer. Preceded in death by parents Carl and Lillian Kramer and brothers Jack (Elaine) Kramer and Richard (Chris) Kramer, and many nieces and nephews.

James was a skilled service and repairman, where he devoted the majority of his life working in technology at Unisys Corporation. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his bike; he was an avid bike rider. He also enjoyed spending time woodworking, gardening, and fishing with his brothers. James also found interest in old cars and could be described as a "car buff". He was passionate about his tractors and loved building airplanes and attending airshows.  He most importantly was a proud "papa" and loved spending time with his family.

Family and friends may visit at Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Saturday, December 13 from 4:00pm-8:00pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, December 14 at 1:00pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.  Family and friends may arrive anytime after 12:30pm.

Private interment All Saints Cemetery, Waterford.

Memorials may be made to Toys for Tots .
