VORE, Joan M.; of Davisburg; age 81; passed away peacefully on February 6, 2025; She loved and cherished her family more than anything. Joan is survived by her children Terry (Andrea) Van Orman Jr., Tim (Crystal) Van Orman, Cece (Greg) Treece, and Jodi Paull; Step mother of Kathy Hoig; Mother in law of Dave Paull; Grandmother of Michelle, Christopher, Justin (Jaime), Ashley (Jacob), Jessica (Aaron), Derek, Melissa, Dylan, Cole (Tiffany), Ryan (Victoria), Hailey (Kyle), Nick, Abigail (Griffin), Chelsea (Kyle), and Alexa; Great Grandmother of Logan, Makenna, Alivia, Madison, Audrey, Abigail, Lauren, Margo, Ryleigh, Sonny, Odin, and Baby Kirby; Sister of Jack Heffernan, Art (Joan) Heffernan, Larry (Anita) Heffernan, Grant (Cerobia) Heffernan, Frances (Al) Millen, Lila (Jim) Coakley, Marvin (Marlene) Ostrander, Max (Frankie) Ostrander, Maxine (Vic) Scram, Ross (Surviving Paula Tison) Ostrander, Melvin Ostrander, and Bertha Ostrander; Honorable friend of Jerry Blanzey, Cathy Miner, Robyn Worden, and Tim the handy man; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her loving husband Richard B. Vore, her stepson Rob Vore, all 12 of her siblings, and her parents Marvin and Fern Ostrander

A visitation will be held for Joan on Saturday the 8th from 4pm-8pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. A Funeral Service will take place on Sunday the 9th at 11am at the Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society .
