John Carter Moyses

Moyses, John Carter; of Zeeland; went home to be with the Lord May 23, 2023, at the age of 70.   Beloved husband of Sharron L. for 46 years. Father of Shanyn Nelson of Maryland.  Dear stepfather and friend to Teri (Dennis) McKervey of Waterford, Dean (Denise) White of Virginia, Robert (Alicia) White of Virginia and Jeffrey White of Metamora. Ten grandchildren and 19 Great grandchildren.

Family was very important to John and also his church family. John served in the Air Force during Vietnam.  John enjoyed his many adventures traveling throughout the United States with his wife and fur bearing children (Dogs). He loved fishing and bird hunting with his beloved English Setter, Annie. One of his favorite pastimes was playing Black Jack.  He enjoyed his many adventures on his Harley and more recently his Red convertible vintage corvette.

Friends may visit the Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home, Clarkston, Friday May 26th, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 27 at 10:00 am at Lewis E. Wint with Robert Pophal pastor, Rosepark Baptist Church, Holland officiating, following there will be a military graveside service at Ottawa cemetery. Please sign the online guestbook below.
