Joyce I. Joseph

JOSEPH, Joyce I.; of Clarkston; born to Jerome and Iola Galligan on July 2, 1943; passed away on January 6, 2025 at the age of 81;

preceded in death by her high school sweetheart/husband of 56 years, Melvin;

mother of Chris (Mike) Bruns and Debby Trubiano; grandma/nana of Alex Ripley, Amanda Trubiano and Nick Trubiano; oldest sister of Ginny (Jon) Studebaker, the late Jerry Galligan and Greg (Dianne) Galligan; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members;

Joyce graduated from Clarkston High School in 1961. She was a dedicated grandma and enjoyed being active in her grandchildren's lives; she will be remembered for always giving them advice.  Joyce enjoyed shopping, flower gardening, cooking, and collecting glassware. She will also be missed by Abby the cat.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Saturday, January 18th at 3:00pm with a family led Memorial Service at 4:00pm.
