Born August 3, 1967 in Farmington, MI

Passed away on May 15, 2025 at the age of 57;

Wife of Charles "Chuck" Winkler for 31 years;

Mother of Matthew (Katelyn) Winkler, Cassie Winkler and Becca Winkler;

Daughter of Mary and Larry Clement;

Daughter in law of Irene and Chuck Winkler;

Sister of Mary (Derrick) Osborne and Tina Clement;

Sister in law of Cindy (Mark) Schleinkofer and Greg (Meredith) Winkler;

Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Karen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and had worked as a workers' compensation investigator for Ford Motor Co. She was a volunteer  at St. Daniel Catholic Church, Clarkston and helped in the office, especially with Faith Formation. Karen helped organize/participated in many reunions for Boblo Island. She will be remembered for being very detail oriented and organized. She enjoyed collecting Longaberger baskets.

Memorial Service Tuesday, May 20th at 12 Noon at Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston with Rev. Christopher Maus officiating.

Memorial Visitation will follow the service on Tuesday, May 20th from 1:00pm-3:00pm & 5:00pm-7:00pm at Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Karen's memory may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society .
