Kelly Barens

BARENS, Kelly; of Davisburg; born November 29, 1962 in Detroit; passed away unexpectedly August 7, 2026 at the age of 63.

Wife of Mark Frentner.

Mother of Jason Barens.

Grandma of Owen Barens.

Sister of Christine (late Paul) Scott, Sandy Mason and Steven Mason.

Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Shirley Mason.

Kelly graduated from Clarkston High School in 1980. She was an Administrative Manager for Centroid, Troy. Kelly enjoyed golfing, puzzles, flower gardening, traveling and painting rocks. She appreciated the ocean and spending time in Florida and Up North.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Friday, August 14th from 4:00pm-8:00pm.

Memorial Service Saturday, August 15th at 1:00pm at Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the MI Humane Society or American Kidney Fund.
