Kristin R. Durham

DURHAM, Kristin R.; of Clarkston; born December 16, 1969, in Louisville, Kentucky; passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 56.

Preceded in death by parents James and Frances Durham. She is survived by her siblings James (late Paula) Durham, Scott Durham, and Lori Durham; nieces and nephews Sally, Jeremy, Shelby, Kati, Diana, Jacob, Josh, and Aiden; 6 great nieces and nephews; and childhood best friends/soul brother and sister Shawn Oswald and Nicole Valdivieso who were there for her throughout many years with never ending love and support. She could not have wished for better, more loving friends.

Kristin enjoyed just about any arts and crafts but especially crocheting, spending time chatting with friends, she was especially proud of her siblings no matter what we were doing, and her nieces and nephews who in her eyes were the most perfect humans on earth. She was also a staunchly devoted Red Wings and Detroit Tigers fan and rarely missed a game. Kristin was a sensitive soul with a need to be loved and to give love as God had intended. With each loss, a piece of her died with them. We rejoice that she rests eternal in the arms of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and those who passed before her, and that she is once again, whole, her heart healed, her love shared by all who knew her.

Cremation services entrusted to Lewis E. Wint Funeral Home, Clarkston.

A Cemetery Service will be held in the spring.

Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association , American Diabetes Association or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation .
