Larry Joseph Slasinski

SLASINSKI, Larry "Slas" Joseph of Clarkston; passed away on June 12, 2023; age 69.  Loving husband of Ellen.  Preceded in death by his parents Edmund and Esther Slasinski, brother Rick (Kitty) Slasinski, sister-in-law Kay DeAgostino and brother-in-law David (Connie) DeAgostino.  Dearest brother of Diane (Paul) Hales.  Son in law of Olympia and the late Vincent DeAgostino.  Special uncle of Bryan (Holly) Hales.  Brother-in-law of Martin (Myrna) DeAgostino, Mary Helene (Jim) Garbarino, Stephanie (Brian) Ewing, John (Bonnie) DeAgostino, Andrea (Jim Smith) DeAgostino, and Stephen DeAgostino.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and loved friends.

Larry retired from General Motors after 37 years of service.  He loved bowling; had two 300 games, one 299 and one 298.  He enjoyed an occasional trip to the casino and playing the lottery.  Larry loved animals, especially his kittens. Special thanks to Level Eleven Holly and Henry Ford Hospice.

Scripture Service Friday 6 pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home where friends may visit Friday 3-8 pm.  Funeral Mass Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 11 am at St. Rita Catholic Church, Holly.  (In State after 10 am.)

Interment All Saints Cemetery.
