Lawrence John Liggett

LIGGETT, Lawrence John “Larry”; of Clarkston; passed away on July 28, 2026; age 78. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Charlene, parents, Harvey and Monica Liggett, and his sister, Kathleen Prichard. Loving father of Lawrence (Brenda) Liggett & Charles (Sonya) Liggett. Proud grandfather of Kayla, Searra, Charles Jr, Ashley, Faith, and Connor. Great Grandfather of Evelyn, Maeve, Charles III, Jameson, and Lincoln. Step Grandfather of Myciah, Jaiden, Solona, and Zander. Brother of Richard (Ellen) McMillan and brother in law of Lynn (Wayne) Tindol.

Larry retired from the Oakland County Sherriff’s Department. He was a longtime member of the Ortonville Masonic Lodge. Larry enjoyed spending time with family, hunting, camping, and traveling up north.
