Lilian E. Beckman

BECKMAN, Lilian E.; born November 27, 1950 in Guatemala City, Guatemala to Emilio and Leonor Lara; passed away at home on October 27, 2023 at the age of 72;

wife of Jim for 41 years; mother of Wendy (Tom) Orton; "Lita" of Benjamin & Lizzie Titran and Olivia & Justin Orton; sister of Claudia (late Santiago) Gaitan, Robert Lara, Jorge Lara and Anita (late Pedro) Lara Rivera; also survived by many nieces and nephews; special aunt of Emilio Tavares; special stepmother to Brenda Nusz.

Lilian loved golfing and played in several leagues, often at Spring Lake Golf Course. She also enjoyed bowling, snowmobiling and appreciated beautiful vacation sunsets. Lilian will be remembered for being a vibrant, fun and active grandma who could often be seen dancing to music.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Wednesday, Nov 1st from 4:00pm-8:00pm with sharing at 5:00pm.
