Loretta Walters

WALTERS, Loretta; born January 11, 1934 in Springton, West Virginia to Maggie and David Atwood; passed away May 18, 2024 at the age of 90. Loretta raised her children in Trenton, Michigan.

Mother of Victoria (late Michael) Bolan, Audrey (David) Acquisti and Steven (Catherine) Walters; Grandmother of Kristopher (Dawn) Bolan, Jamie (Stephen) D'Angelo, Chelsea (fiancé Patrick Challenger) Walters, Michael (Lorna) Bolan and Emily (J. Hun Mun) Bolan-Mun.

Great Grandmother of Hunter, Alyssa, Logan, Lena, Dean, Harper and Rhodes;

Loretta was one of 13 Atwood children; she is survived by her brothers Bobby (Shirley) Atwood and Martin Ray (Ann) Atwood.

Loretta will be remembered as being an extremely generous person and a hard worker. In her earlier years, she enjoyed bowling, cooking, baking, needlepoint, and quilting.

Cremation services entrusted to Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston, Michigan.

Memorial Service Monday,  June 3rd at 12 Noon  at Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church with visiting at the church at 11:00am

Memorials may be made to Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church to support the Living Into What Matters Mission.
