Mary Elizabeth Mcgaughey

McGaughey, Mary Elizabeth; of White Lake formerly of Union Lake;

Born October 25, 1942 to John and Elizabeth Sholts;

Passed away on May 24, 2025 at the age of 82;

Preceded in death by her husband James "Bud", her daughter Mary Lou and her grandsons Domonic and Cody;

Mother of Craig (Sally) McGaughey, Lisa (Marvin) Smith, Kelly (Randy) Tippett, Michelle (Jeff) Bown, Cindy Johnson, Lorrie Austin and the late Jimmie (Cindy) McGaughey; also survived by 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren;

Mary was the last survivor of her siblings: Addie, Donna, Lydia, Barb, John and Joe.

She will be missed by her dog, Pugsy.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Wednesday  May 28th from 3:00pm-8:00pm.

Funeral Service Thursday, May 29th at 10:00am at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.

Interment Ottawa Park Cemetery, Clarkston.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
