Matthew F. Kulick, D.O.

KULICK, Matthew F., D.O.; of Clarkston; formerly of Waterford;

passed away on January 3, 2023 after battling a long illness; age 60;

husband of Lynne for 33 years; father of Brian (Megan Bonini) Kulick, Kristyn Kulick and Rachel Kulick; son of Dr. Richard  & Theresa Kulick; brother of Julie (Bruce) Jonik, Lisa (Bruce) Merrill, Debbie (Dan) Meehan & Richard Kulick; brother in law of  Karen (Steve) Richter, John (Cindy) Kraly & William (Jennifer) Kraly; also survived by many nieces and nephews; preceded in death by his brother Barry; "dog dad" of Gracie;

Matt earned a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University and spent his life caring for the community as a family physician. He enjoyed golfing, downhill skiing and celebrating the holidays. He will be remembered for being a loving husband, incredible father, devoted son and a talented, humble family physician.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home Tuesday 3:00pm-8:00pm with a rosary service at 6:00pm.

Funeral Mass Wednesday 10:00am at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, Waterford with visiting directly at the church at 9:30am.

Rite of Committal All Saints Cemetery, Waterford.

Any donations to the family will be used toward a scholarship in Matt's memory.
