Nancy L. Cook

COOK, Nancy L.; of Ortonville formerly of Macomb Township; born on July 15, 1949 in Detroit to Thomas and Ruth Engel; passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 75;

wife of Thomas for 45 years; mother of Sarah (Scott) Greenleaf and Kyle (Lisa) Cook; grandma "Nana" of Lucas, Lillian, Addaline, Jake (Maranda) and Hannah; sister of Thomas (Rini) Engel and Gayle (John) Lawson; sister in law of Luanne (the late Jim) Kordupel; aunt of Kimberly, Jeff, Lewis and Megan.

Nancy retired from the administration department at Roseville Community Schools.  She was a dedicated wife, mom and grandma; she will be remembered as always being very supportive of her family. Nancy took pride in her property and loved being outside and flower gardening. After retirement, Nancy and Thomas enjoyed spending time at their second home in Naples, FL. She was active at Powerhouse Gym, Clarkston and especially enjoyed the spinning class.

Friends may visit at Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Thursday, January 16th from 5:00pm-8:00pm and Friday, January 17th from 11:30am until the time of the Funeral Service at 12:30pm.

Entombment Christian Memorial Cemetery, Rochester Hills.

Memorials may be made to Karmanos Cancer Institute.
