Nancy Hill

HILL, Nancy; of Clarkston, MI formerly of Grand Marais, MN; born May 22, 1942 in Colvill, MN to Carl and Mary Jackson; passed away peacefully on May 9, 2025 at the age of 82;

Wife of Franklin "Frank" for 65 years;

Mother of Tracey Hill, Michael Hill, Catherine (Jim) Ash and David (Darlene Cox) Hill;

Grandma of Adam (Amber) Nickerson, Laura (Jared) Lentz, Shane Hill, Jaemian Hill, Ryan (Sarah) Ash, Stacey (Ryan) Allemon, Bobby Ash and Joey Ash.

Great Grandma of Alexis, Chloe, Chelsea, Noah, Charlie, Hailey, Molly, Hannah, Marissa and Dylan;
Sister of the late Russell (Peggy) Jackson and Barbara (the late Phil) Lillo;

Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Nancy graduated from Cook County High School in 1960 and earned an Associate Degree from Oakland Community College. She worked for LaFrance Insurance Agency in claims and retired from Electronic Data Systems, Troy. She was very active at First Congregational Church of Clarkston having served on the worship board, in the choir, as clerk and church historian. Nancy was a member of the Berkley Jaycee Auxiliary and enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening and reading.

Friends may visit First Congregational Church of Clarkston on Wednesday, May 14th at 10:00 am with a Funeral Service at 11:00 am.

Cemetery Service Wednesday, May 14th at 2:30pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly ( arrive in staging area at 2:15pm).

Arrangements entrusted to Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.
