Norma E. Bigger

BIGGER, Norma E.; born January 18, 1929 to Clara and Russell Miller; of Stanton formerly of Conklin and Clarkston; wintered in Arizona; passed away July 30, 2024 at the age of 95; preceded in death by her husband Frank;

Mother of Frank Bigger, Susan Banks, James Bigger, Kenneth (Maryann) Bigger, Joan (Floyd) Poss and Jean (Scot) Darling; also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; sister of the late Marilyn (late Alexander Jr) Bigger and the late Faye (late Gerald) Bigger.

Years ago, Norma walked to work at Richardson's Dairy and Hallman's Apothecary in downtown Clarkston. She helped Clarkston Schools as a crossing guard and cook. In her retirement, Norma enjoyed volunteering at the White Elephant in Green Valley, Arizona for 28 years. She walked every day and enjoyed reading, playing bingo and putting together jigsaw puzzles. She was very lucky at her visits to casino. She will be remembered for always thinking of others first and giving encouraging words of wisdom to the many lives she touched.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Friday, August 2nd from 4:00pm-8:00pm.

Funeral Service Saturday, August 3rd at 10:00am at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.

Graveside service White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.
