Pamela Elizabeth (Brock) DAVIS, of Oxford, passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 82. Pam was the loving wife of John C. Davis, mother of Alan (Elizabeth Carmichael-Davis) Davis, grandmother of Clara Davis; the younger sister of Van (Donna) Brock, aunt of Nicole Masterson, great aunt of Kailey Masterson and Savannah Massolio; she was preceded in death by her parents, Levi and Virginia (Smith) Brock, and niece Renée Massolio.
Raised in the St Louis area, Pam graduated from the University of Missouri. She and John met in a high school math class in 1958 and were married for 60 years. Pam lived most of her adult life in the greater Detroit area (Troy and Brandon Twp.), with the exception of two years spent in São Paolo, Brazil and two years in Madrid, Spain, where her family moved for work.
Pam enjoyed gardening and was an excellent cook. She was a constant reader. During her years living on the lake in Brandon Twp., she appreciated the changing seasons through local flora and fauna. The success of many Michigan college and professional sports teams was also of interest. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, keeping track of their activities and whereabouts, whether they were local or far away. A loving and beloved member of her close and extended family.
A Memorial Gathering will be held for Pam on September 27th at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. Guests may arrive any time between 3pm- to 5pm. Please consider leaving a memory or condolence on Pam's online guestbook below.
