Paul Gerard Spadafore

SPADAFORE, Paul Gerard, of Waterford; went to be with the Lord on May 30, 2023; age 67. Preceded in death by his parents Paul and Eleanor Spadafore. Loving brother of Joseph (Mary) Spadafore, Lisa (Bob) Spadafore Larson, Dina (Jeff) Territo, and Michael (Sue) Spadafore. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Paul resided in Oakland County for 67 years working for Freedom Works Vocational Program and residing at McMasters Group Home in Walled Lake, Michigan. Paul was always ready to laugh and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed time singing, listening to music and his mom's mostaccioli. He was an active participant in Special Olympics. Despite many health challenges, Paul loved life and affection and would raise the spirits of anyone and everyone open to his special life embrace. He loved to give and receive hugs, opening presents, and the Hokey Pokey. Paul loved outings and being with people, especially Dina. He will be missed by his family who know him to be an angel in heaven, full of joy, by his mother's side, awaiting the arrival of his brothers, sisters, and extended family.

The sadness is fleeting, and now Paul's joy is forever…

Visitation with the family at 10:30 AM, followed by Memorial Mass at 11:30 AM, Friday, June 9, 2023 at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Waterford.
