Celebrating the Life of Penny Ann Watson

WATSON, Penny Ann – of Waterford, passed away lovingly surrounded by family on May 4, 2026, at the age of 83. She has been reunited with her beloved husband, Glenn Watson, to continue their love story where they left off.

Penny's most cherished legacy and her absolute pride and joy was her family. She poured her whole heart into being a loving mother to Tracy (Ralph) Sorrentino, Lisa (Donald) Henschel, and Scott (Lisa) Watson. To her adored grandchildren—Nikolay, Michael, Joshua, Noah, and Austin—she was "Nana/Nina", a constant source of love, pride, and warmth, leaving them with beautiful memories that they will carry in their hearts forever.

She is survived and will be dearly missed by her sister, Jeanie (Joe) Przygoda, and was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Ann Hoisington, and her brother, Dale (Patsy) Hoisington. Her love, laughter, and kindness will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and lifelong friends.

Penny lived life with a warmth and kindness that reflected in everything she did. She found joy in her favorite past-times, from rolling dice with her beloved Bunco group, golfing with friends and family, and sharing lunches with friends. Her life's greatest devotion was, first and always, her family. She lived for the moments they spent together, celebrating their milestones and wrapping them in her unconditional love.
