Richard A. Stafford

STAFFORD, Richard Allen; of Rochester, formerly of Clarkston; passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 86. Loving husband of Judy Stafford; Father of David Stafford, Donna (Randall) Grit, and Diane (Michael) Schoenherr; Grandfather of Jonathan Grit, Joseph Schoenherr, Alyssa Schoenherr, and Matthew Grit; Great Grandfather of Norah and Leah Grit; Brother of the Late Roger Stafford; preceded in death by his brother and his parents John and Eunice Stafford; also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.

Richard was an avid reader along with his wife. He loved to travel with his family around the world including Hawaii, Western U.S, Alaska, and Europe. But most importantly he loved his family.

Private services will take place for Richard. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Judes Children's Research .
