Robert E. Brunell Jr.

BRUNELL, Robert Edwin Jr., of Clarkston, born February 11, 1951, in Detroit to Robert Sr. and Charlotte Brunell, passed away on June 8, 2026, at the age of 75.

Beloved husband of Sharon for 55 years; Loving father of Joanne (Mark) Kopp and Bob (Laura) Brunell III; Proud grandfather of Brad, Robert, Sara, Derek, Kayla, and Logan, and great-grandfather of Wynter; Brother of Cathy Fedullo, Linda Haskins, and the late Chuck Brunell.

Bob worked in the automotive industry as a Hi-Lo driver. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching games, golfing, and bowling, and he often spent hours at the lanes or at the horse track. He also enjoyed betting on sports and races, which added to the excitement. When he could, Bob loved to travel, especially with his wife to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. He also enjoyed family trips to ball games in other states. Above all, he cherished time with his family.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society

A memorial visitation will be held at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Monday, June 15, at 11:30 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 12:30 p.m.
