Rose M. Mcgrath

McGrath, Rose Marie, age 98, of Clarkston, formerly of Royal Oak, died peacefully, surrounded by her family on November 17, 2024 at home.

Beloved mother of Jean McGrath, Judith McGrath, Karen (Frank) Travnikar, and William (Christine) McGrath; devoted grandma of Stacy Ritzenhein, Heather Henman, and Sarah McGrath, and adored gg of Abigail Rose and Grayson Ritzenhein and Madeleine Henman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Margaret Gladstone, husband, William McGrath, granddaughter, Jessica Travnikar Engisch, and siblings, Alfred and Robert Gladstone and Dorothy Graybill.

Rose was a devoted wife, mom, grandma and gg who was dearly loved and will be missed by her family. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, crossword puzzles, and loved watching game shows.

Visitation will be held at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 10:00 am with visitation beginning at 9:00 am until time of service. Private burial will be held at Roseland Park Cemetery
