Russell W. Poole

POOLE, Russell W.; of Auburn Hills; joined his heavenly Father on June 18, 2023; age 97;

husband of Betty for 70 years; father of Carol (Pat) Quinn; grandpa of Jeremy, Becky & Nick; preceded in death by his son Kevin and brother Morgan (late Faye) Poole.

Russ was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran and retired from Fisher Body in 1987 after 42 yrs of service. He was an avid Detroit Red Wings fan and supporter of Oakland Christian Schools. He attended  Five Points Community Church, Auburn Hills.

Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Thursday, June 22nd from 5:00pm-7:00pm.

Funeral Service Friday, June 23rd at 11:00 am at Five Points Community Church with visiting directly at the church at 10:00 am.

Private Interment White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Five Points Community Church or Prostate Cancer Foundation .
