MAHER, Stephen Patrick "Steve"; of Oxford ; passed suddenly on April 16, 2023 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Carolyn for 25 years; loving father of Sean (Alison) Maher, Ryan (Megan) Maher, and AJ (Tempel) Ash; proud grandpa of Gabe, Torii, and Addisynn; cherished son of Lester (Thelma) Maher; loving brother of Bill (Becky) Maher, Terry Maher, and Kim (Mike) McIsaac; and proud papa of "the best dog ever", Stanley.

As a career tradesmen, Steve was a proud member of the International Union of Bricklayers. Beyond his time spent at work, his true passion was baseball… and gambling. He was incredibly proud of his years spent on the baseball field, where he had the opportunity to coach hundreds of young athletes throughout his life.

Friends may visit at Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston, Thursday, April 20, beginning at 12 noon, concluding with a Funeral Service at 1:00pm at the funeral home.
