Susan Lee Bates

BATES, Susan Lee; of Saginaw formerly of Clarkston, Michigan; born August 22, 1952 in Pontiac to Carl and Marian Bates; passed away April 13, 2026 at the age of 73.

Sue is survived by her only daughter Courtney (Matt) Levingston and their son Julian Levingston in Denver, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her Mother Marian Bates, her Father Carl Bates and her Brother Jimmy Bates.

Sue was a Clarkston High School graduate,  class of 1970.

Cremation services entrusted to Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.

Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Clarkston.

Memorials may be made to the Detroit Zoological Society .
