Teresita H. Cook

COOK, Teresita "Tess"; of Sterling Heights, formerly of Waterford; passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 85. Reunited with her husband Gene Cook; Mother of Marienella Ramirez, Ronaldo Ramirez, and Pamela Ramirez; Stepmother of Tracy Cook and Laura (Ernie) Peters; Grandmother of Michael, Samantha, James Carlos, Lauren, and Nathan; Sister of Milagros Hernandez, Mercedes Hernandez, Benjamin Hernandez, Fildelina Mariano, Ponciano Hernandez, Carolina Aviles, and Lamberto Hernandez.

A Visitation will be held for Tess on Monday the 19th from 4pm to 8pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday the 20th at 11am at Waterford Church of Christ. Family and friends may arrive any time after 10am. A Cemetery Service will take place immediately following at Christian Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Waterford Church of Christ , Alzheimer's Association , or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
