Theodore R. Jordan

JORDAN, Theodore "Ted"; of Grand Blanc; born June 25, 1949, to Arnold and Laverle Jordan; passed away on November 1, 2025, at the age of 76. Reunited with his beloved wife Linda Jordan; Loving father of Ken (Debbie) Jordan; Proud grandfather of Brian (Lauren Hull) Jordan; Great-grandfather of Otto Jordan; Brother of Calvin (Laurie) Jordan, Jeannie (Todd) Jones, the late Jim (Connie) Jordan, the late Doug (Bonnie) Jordan, the late Wayne Jordan, and the late Mary (Walter) Hoskins.

Ted was a proud Vietnam veteran, a devoted husband and father, and a skilled craftsman. He enlisted in the United States Navy in June of 1967. He served his country with honor during the Vietnam Era. Following his service, he began a dedicated career at General Motors in February of 1972 working as a Hi-Lo Driver until his retirement in January of 2004. Outside of his time in the service and at General Motors, he built a life with his soulmate, Linda, and they shared over 50 wonderful years of marriage together. Ted was active in the Vietnam Veterans chapter and in AA meetings. He loved to go bowling and proudly ran a bowling tournament for over 30 years, raising money for Operation Christmas. He also enjoyed spending time woodworking and crafting small projects. Ted was the definition of a handyman; there seemed to be nothing he couldn't fix or figure out. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
