Thomas G. Hall

HALL, Thomas G. “Tom”; of National City; born October 15, 1953, in Pontiac; passed away on September 23, 2026, at the age of 72.

Beloved husband of Mary Hall. Loving father of Matt (Perri) Hall and Stephanie (Tim) Warner. Proud grandfather of Allison, Peyton, Emma, and Thomas. Dear brother of Fred (Ann Marie) Hall, Jan (the late Larry) Smith, Jeff Hall, Ted Hall, and Lorna (Richard) Skipworth. Preceded in death by parents Delray and Nina Hall. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Tom graduated from Clarkston High School in 1971. He then went on to join the United States Marine Corps where he served for 6 years, ultimately earning the title of Sergeant. He was a man who took great pride in his work and dedicated many years to carpentry. A licensed contractor and skilled builder, Tom also found great joy in building projects for his family and friends. In addition, he was very involved in his community; serving as president of the Tawas Area Schools Athletic Booster Club and as an Elder at Tawas Area Presbyterian Church. Outside of his work and community involvement, he enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren. Tom will be deeply missed.

Friends may visit the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Friday, October 2, from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Funeral Service to take place on Saturday, October 3, at 12:30 pm with visiting beginning at 12:00 pm.
