Tim Hewelt

HEWELT, Timothy; of Clarkston; passed away on February 24, 2026, at the age of 78. Loving husband of Jacki Hewelt for 37 years; Father of Julie (the Late Dave) Row, Amy (Stephen) Walker, Jeremy (Bonnie) Shaw, and Theron (Amy) Shaw; Grandpa of 14 grandchildren; Brother of Barbara Felts and Susanne (Dare) Sommer; Brother in law of Deb (Dan Clegg) Sheck and Monica (Curtis) Sheck-Cooper. Preceded in death by his parents Richard and Natalie Hewelt and his son in law.

Tim retired from Clarkston Community Schools as a teacher. He enjoyed downhill skiing, sailing, and camping.

A Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday March 3rd at 1:30pm at the Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston. Family and friends may arrive any time after 12:30pm.
